Job Summary

The Restoration Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians in performing various restoration tasks, including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of technicians in performing restoration tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct daily meetings with the team to discuss ongoing projects, provide feedback, and set goals for the day.
  • Ensure that all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, management) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restoration industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Restoration Team Leader will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to client sites. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
