We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Store Associate to join our team at Dawson City General Store Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other general cleaning duties.
- Inventory Management: Receive and process incoming stock, count and record inventory, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
- Operational Support: Assist with tasks such as bagging groceries, operating an electric palette jack, and performing other duties as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
