Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Grocery Clerk to join our team at Dawson City General Store Ltd.
Job Summary:The Grocery Clerk will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchases.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance: Clean and organize store displays, shelves, and stockrooms.
- Operational Tasks: Process transactions, handle customer returns, and perform other tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Grocery Clerk will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Physical Demands:The Grocery Clerk will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform other physical tasks as required.
