About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a Senior Insurance Professional, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to identify complex business challenges and provide recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles.
  • Practice excellent customer service and prioritize client relationship management by actively listening to queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational goals.
  • Manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.

Requirements:

  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Master time manager, able to prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
  • At least 2 years of insurance industry experience.
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
