We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles.
- Practice excellent customer service and prioritize client relationship management by actively listening to queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to reach organizational goals.
- Manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential.
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you.
- Master time manager, able to prioritize your workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.
- At least 2 years of insurance industry experience.
- Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
