About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Insurance broker level 2 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 3-5 years+ of commercial or personal lines insurance experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
