About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, including commercial and personal lines.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence in the local market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Insurance License: Hold an Insurance Broker Level 2 license or be working towards CAIB/CIP certification.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
