Regional Sales Director for Automotive and Commercial Industries

Wakefield Canada Inc., a leading Canadian company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales volume in the GTA West territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive and commercial industries, as well as experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive territory business plan, executing the organization's sales process, and conducting training sessions with customers. They will also assist in the development and implementation of sales projects outside of their territory and maintain awareness of market trends and opportunities aligned with the company's objectives.

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, 6% bi-weekly employer contribution to our company pension plan, vacation, floater, and community days. Key qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales & Marketing, at least 5 years of experience in a Field Sales role, and experience selling in the automotive or commercial industries. Experience using a CRM platform and proven ability in territory sales are also essential.
