Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

At Shared Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers for goods and services acquired for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments, invoices, and supplier information.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
  • Perform reconciliations and analysis of accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; business or accounting diploma preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
