Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at MOUR TRANSPORT LTD.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable, including invoicing, payment, and reconciliation
  • Verify and approve invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable, including vendor information and payment history
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
  • Perform general office duties
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
