Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee our North American operations, ensuring profitable growth and strategic expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, logistics, warehouse management, personnel, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the P&L for North America, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee B2C and B2B businesses, including sales, customer service, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Manage Canada office operations in Toronto, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in senior management roles in B2C and B2B companies, preferably with experience in managing large accounts and online retail stores.
  • Proven track record of building and growing businesses, with expertise in sales, customer service, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to recruit and manage sales managers for each city and business.
