We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Generics Retail Sales business across Canada.

The Opportunity

In this key leadership role, you will manage the sales organization and customer operations, including customer service, demand planning, sales analytics, and sales force effectiveness. As part of the Canadian Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) and directly oversee a team of ~50 across 3 departments.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • You will develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement, and enhance customer operations.
  • You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~50, with a focus on the national retail sales group.
  • You will set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches.
About You
  • 7+ years of sales leadership in pharmaceuticals, preferably generics, with strong knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market.
  • Progressively evolving leadership experience managing functions in one or more relevant business areas.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive change.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards for this position in Canada.
