Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Manvirro's Indian Grill. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant team members;
  • Manage electronic inquiries and respond in a timely manner;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
  • Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate contact or service area;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
