About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at BC LTD. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by providing administrative assistance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Management: Accurately record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits here].
