The primary function of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our treatment programs, working closely with clinical staff to provide exceptional care to our patients.

  • Provide life skills training to patients, including daily living skills and personal care.
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordination.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and community meetings.
  • Monitor patient attendance and provide support as needed.
  • Drive patients to appointments and activities.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and staff.
  • Monitor patient activities and ensure compliance with facility policies.
  • Ensure patient safety and security at all times.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in a related field, such as Community Health Worker or Health Care Worker.
  • Experience working in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
