Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manvirro's Indian Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Screening Questions: Conduct pre-employment screening, including verifying candidate eligibility to work in Canada and assessing their previous experience in the field of employment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
