At BC LTD, we are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
