At BC LTD, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in English. They will work 40 hours per week and be a permanent employee.
