Retail Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign tasks to optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
