Outbound Sales Representative

Unlock Your Sales Potential
Lightspeed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Retail sales team in North America. As a full-cycle Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through prospecting, booking meetings, and owning the sales process from initial outreach to demo and close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Retail and Hospitality industries
- Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase Lightspeed's solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce and forecast sales performance to leadership
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of success in converting cold leads into meetings
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SaaS solutions is a plus
