As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our furniture factory, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production
* Hire, train, and supervise a team of production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
* Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all materials and supplies are available when needed
* Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity
* Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that production targets are met

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
