Team Leadership and DevelopmentHire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques, and oversee the training process to ensure seamless adoption.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
Process OptimizationPlan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
Financial ManagementPlan and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and minimize costs.
Operational OversightPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth production and meet quality standards.
Requirements- Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the furniture and fixtures industry.
Industry KnowledgeExtensive knowledge of woodworking and furniture production processes, including equipment maintenance and operation.
Leadership SkillsProven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and training teams.
Communication SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Organizational SkillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
