We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at The Gelato Factory Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and cookies, to meet the high standards of our customers.
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production to ensure efficient use of resources, meet customer demand, and maintain high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet production demands.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and appearance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
