Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Innovation Manager to join our team at Rogers Communications, Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business innovation in Canada by delivering industry-leading value to customers and supporting businesses in the communities where we live and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand current and future business challenges and provide strategic advice to drive business outcomes.
  • Research customer RFP's/RFI's and engage with Product teams to scope client needs and support ongoing solutions discussions.
  • Attend client meetings to support Account Executives and represent the overall Rogers EBU account team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales support and/or direct sales experience, preferably in the wireless/wireline industry.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Results-oriented individual with a proven ability to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Proven ability to develop, foster, and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
