Our finance team plays a vital role in driving business success, and as a Senior Financial Analyst - Controller, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our financial performance.

This exciting opportunity may include roles that are aligned to financial planning and analysis on the controller side with general accounting responsibilities. We are looking for a talented and outgoing individual to join our team where you will have a chance to innovate, grow, build and maintain relationships at varying levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the financial operations of the business through the preparation and review of month-end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Provide commentary on financial results and key business indicators and drive continuous improvement within the finance team.
  3. Participate in the organization's strategic planning process and maintain an understanding of industry trends, key business/cost drivers, and accounting policies.
  4. Develop and prepare weekly scorecard reporting for use by management and provide visibility into financial performance and operational measures through the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
  5. Conduct analysis on revenue trends, prepare month-end variance analysis and commentaries versus budget and forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
  6. Ensure all journal entries are prepared, reviewed, adequately supported with backup, and posted by close deadline.
  7. Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and develop an in-depth understanding of the related accounting with the ability to effectively document and explain the account transactions to various levels of management.
