Job Summary

The Financial Controller is a critical role for Keter North America, responsible for ensuring proper governance and controls are maintained within the business unit. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will work alongside the Finance Director to complete all reporting and analytical needs of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monthly/quarterly close process
  • Manage cash controls, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manage CRA and other agency audits and inquiries
  • Manage all banking relationships and processes
  • Manage external audit inquiries (quarterly/annual) with support of Financial Analyst
  • Manage the external Tax firm to ensure corporate compliance
  • Support the Finance Director in the annual Budget process and Quarterly review process
  • Prepare weekly cash reporting and forecasting
  • Manage Capital Expenditure controls, forecasting, and reporting (with Engineering support)
  • Maintain, analyze, and reconcile the General Ledger accounts (with NA controller team)
  • Quarterly Transfer Price review, analysis, and reporting
  • Vendor and Customer data management as required
  • Support the central AR and AP teams as required
  • Support the HR and Payroll functions as required and determine monthly provisions
  • Work closely with department managers in analyzing plant activities and costs (e.g., production efficiencies, bill of materials maintenance, spend, etc.)
Requirements
  • CPA designation and at least 3 years of manufacturing industry experience
  • In-depth SAP experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven ability to interpret data and provide meaningful analysis to senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Action-Oriented
