Job Summary

The Business Unit Financial Manager is a critical role for Keter North America. Reporting to the Finance Director, this position is responsible for ensuring proper Governance and Controls are maintained within the business unit. The individual will work closely with the Finance Director to complete all reporting and analytical needs of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monthly/quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage Cash controls, forecasting, and reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage CRA and other agency audits and inquiries, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues.
  • Manage all banking relationships and processes, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Manage all external audit inquiries (quarterly/annual) with support from the Financial Analyst.
  • Manage the external Tax firm to ensure corporate compliance, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Support the Finance Director in the annual Budget process and Quarterly review process, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly cash reporting and forecasting, providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Manage Capital Expenditure controls, forecasting, and reporting, working closely with the Engineering team.
  • Maintain, analyze, and reconcile the General Ledger accounts, collaborating with the NA controller's team.
  • Quarterly Transfer Price review, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accurate financial data.
  • Vendor and Customer data management, as required, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Support the central AR and AP teams, as required, providing financial expertise.
  • Support the HR & Payroll functions, as required, determining monthly provisions and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Work closely with department managers in analyzing plant activities and costs, providing financial insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • CPA designation and at least 3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
  • In-depth SAP experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and provide meaningful analysis to senior leaders, driving business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information.
  • Action Oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
Education and Training
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
