Job Title: Mortgage Branch Manager

Are you a sales and leadership professional looking for a challenging role in the financial services industry? We are seeking a Mortgage Branch Manager to join our team at Momentum Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Financial Sales Representatives to promote our financial products and services to meet our customers' financial goals.
  • Drive store profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions.
  • Manage the sales team to ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed.
  • Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
