Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Momentum Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive store profitability by leading and developing a team of Financial Sales Representatives
  • Provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions
  • Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Audit documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role
  • Minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
  • Sales driven and customer service focused
  • Passion for sales and developing a sales team
  • Track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
