About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team at J.D. Irving, Limited. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive customer loyalty and engagement across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Customer Loyalty Strategy

Design and execute a customer loyalty program that rewards and retains our valued customers, driving repeat business and increasing customer lifetime value.

Lead Customer Engagement Initiatives

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that engage our customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.

Manage Customer Data and Analytics

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer loyalty and engagement initiatives.

Measure and Report Performance

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer loyalty and engagement initiatives, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. 5-6 Years of Marketing Experience

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer loyalty and engagement.

Strong Analytical and Communication Skills

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborative and Results-Oriented

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.

Experience with Marketing Automation and Analytics Tools

Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
