CGS is seeking a visionary leader to drive our new software solution to market dominance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and leading products to become leaders in their fields, particularly those reliant on AI and cloud-based, subscription-based models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic routes to market for the new software solution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring the product achieves and maintains profitability.
  • Work with the Product Manager to guide all aspects of the product's lifecycle, from development through to market launch and beyond.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge to oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven, cloud-based solutions.
  • Leverage strong connections with industry analysts to drive market recognition /adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Development team to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in launching and scaling products to market leadership.
  • Strong technical background, particularly in AI, cloud-based, and subscription-based products.
  • Exceptional sales and marketing acumen with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Financial expertise with experience driving products to profitability.
  • Well-connected within analyst communities.
  • Experience with entrepreneurial/start-up companies
  • Ability to relocate to or regularly commute to Saint John, NB.
