Requirements- 5-6 Years of Experience in Marketing
Must have 5-6 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing customer loyalty and rewards programs.
Highly Motivated and Well-ArticulatedMust be highly motivated, well-articulated, and able to work independently and as a team.
Proven Track Record of Managing Customer LoyaltyMust have a proven track record of managing customer loyalty and rewards programs, including strategy development, operations, and business planning.
Ability to Work with Various StakeholdersMust be able to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks to deliver meaningful results on time and within budget.
Ability to Convert Analytics Data into Customer InsightsMust be able to convert raw analytics data into customer insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience in Cross-Channel Marketing CampaignsMust have experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns, including website, online, email marketing, and social media.
Experience in Project Management and IntegrationsMust have experience in project management and integrations, including managing reporting software and systems.
Excellent Communication and Organizational SkillsMust have excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and writing skills.
Experience with Power BI and D365Must have experience working with Power BI and D365.
Conversant in MS OfficeMust be conversant in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
