About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our team at Kent Building Supplies Inc. as a Loyalty Marketing Lead. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty marketing programs and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Loyalty Marketing Strategies

Design and execute loyalty marketing programs and campaigns to strengthen the KENT PRO brand and cultivate customer loyalty.

Lead Customer Loyalty Programs

Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention through loyalty programs and campaigns.

Manage Communications Strategies

Design and manage communications strategies to attract, develop, and retain customers, including email, signage, and other marketing materials.

Drive Sales through Loyalty Offerings

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through loyalty programs and campaigns.

Manage Vendor Relationships

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sales partners, and other members of the larger team to coordinate the effective delivery of loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.

Manage Departmental Budget

Manage the departmental budget for marketing materials, events, and other expenses.

Event and Sponsorship Management

Plan and execute events and sponsorships to promote the KENT PRO brand and drive customer engagement.

Provide Support to the Team

Provide support to the team on day-to-day administration and operations of the Loyalty Marketing team.

Requirements
  1. 5-6 Years of Experience in Marketing

Must have 5-6 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing customer loyalty and rewards programs.

Highly Motivated and Well-Articulated

Must be highly motivated, well-articulated, and able to work independently and as a team.

Proven Track Record of Managing Customer Loyalty

Must have a proven track record of managing customer loyalty and rewards programs, including strategy development, operations, and business planning.

Ability to Work with Various Stakeholders

Must be able to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks to deliver meaningful results on time and within budget.

Ability to Convert Analytics Data into Customer Insights

Must be able to convert raw analytics data into customer insights and strategic recommendations.

Experience in Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns

Must have experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns, including website, online, email marketing, and social media.

Experience in Project Management and Integrations

Must have experience in project management and integrations, including managing reporting software and systems.

Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills

Must have excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and writing skills.

Experience with Power BI and D365

Conversant in MS Office
