Position Overview
Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Full-Time CRM Business Lead to become an integral part of our Strategy & Planning team. This role is pivotal in steering our marketing strategies and ensuring effective execution of corporate objectives.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work setting, requiring a presence at a Canadian Blood Services location for a minimum of 40% of the workweek. The successful candidate will engage in both on-site and remote work, adapting to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
The CRM Business Lead will:
- Provide technical and project leadership to the CRM team, driving the implementation of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing donor acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design, execute, and analyze various lifecycle campaigns within the CRM framework, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with client management teams to identify requirements and propose effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Lead the development of reporting and analysis methodologies for campaign performance, offering insights to management regarding trends and areas for further investigation.
- Engage with multiple corporate functions to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee vendor management for critical CRM partners, ensuring optimal campaign functionality.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A post-secondary degree in a relevant quantitative field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Marketing.
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including five years in CRM roles, with familiarity in SAP CRM Campaign Management being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in managing and interpreting large datasets.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
