Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Loyalty Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive loyalty marketing plans to strengthen the KENT PRO brand and cultivate customer loyalty.
- Lead Loyalty Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention.
- Design and Manage Communications Strategies: Develop and manage communications strategies to attract, develop, and retain customers.
- Drive Sales through Customer Loyalty: Utilize loyalty marketing programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Leverage Analytics and Experimentation: Analyze customer data and behavior to inform loyalty marketing strategies and optimize customer lifecycle management.
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sales partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Inter-Departmental Relationships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and copywriting, to create compelling visuals and engaging content.
- Purchasing and Budget Management: Manage the purchasing function for marketing materials, including sourcing vendors and monitoring expenses.
- Event and Sponsorship Management: Plan and execute events and sponsorships to promote the KENT PRO brand and engage customers.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Provide support to the team on day-to-day administration and operations of the Loyalty Marketing team.
- 5-6 Years of Marketing Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on customer loyalty and engagement.
- Highly Motivated and Well-Articulated: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven Track Record in Customer Loyalty: Experience in managing customer loyalty and rewards programs, including strategy development, operations, and business planning.
- Ability to Work with Stakeholders: Strong ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks to deliver meaningful results.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze customer data and behavior to inform loyalty marketing strategies and optimize customer lifecycle management.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Experience: Experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns, including website, online, email marketing, and social media.
- Project Management and Integration: Experience in project management and integrations, including reporting software and systems.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and writing skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and experience working with Power BI and D365.
