Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Provide support in various administrative tasks
  • Monitor the CRM system and tools
  • Process transactions, statements and deposits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to the clientele
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in the insurance and investment sector
  • Experience with CRM and advanced Excel skills
  • Self-driven, motivated work ethic and a personality that is open to learn and grow

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
