Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Administration Assistant to support the President and owner of a successful financial planning client in Kitchener.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate events and meetings
- Provide support in various administrative tasks
- Monitor the CRM system and tools
- Process transactions, statements and deposits
- Deliver exceptional customer service to the clientele
- Exceptional customer service skills
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in the insurance and investment sector
- Experience with CRM and advanced Excel skills
- Self-driven, motivated work ethic and a personality that is open to learn and grow
We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
