Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at LED GIANT. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a work term of 32 hours per week.
