Trust Administrator, Indigenous Wealth Specialist

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and teams to administer a portfolio of Indigenous Trusts.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - 70,000 per year, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Officers in all administrative functions
- Ensure that trust deeds are implemented in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Investigate and resolve any errors or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry
- Post-secondary education
- Successful completion of STEP Canada's Foundations of Estate and Trust Administration course (CETA1), or obligation to complete upon employment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and solid follow-through capabilities
