RGF Integrated Wealth Management is an independent financial services firm owned and operated by its professionally qualified financial advisors and portfolio managers. Our organization provides operational and administrative support to the firm's advisors and their direct staff in our securities business.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing superior administrative support, preferably in a financial services environment. While financial services industry experience is an asset, we are more interested in your ability to learn quickly and easily, as well as your enthusiasm to participate as a member of a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you should possess proficiency in a Microsoft environment, including intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Additionally, you should have solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as post-secondary education ideally in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily account documentation review and transmission
  • Processing client cheques and monitoring debit balances
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with the execution and implementation of procedures
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as required

We offer comprehensive benefits, including Health and Dental Benefits, as well as Health Care and Taxable Wellness Spending Accounts. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be between $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location factors.
