About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at NARU Japanese Restaurant Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Advisory Role: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on administrative matters.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
