Ricky's All Day Grill is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment that is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
