Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at KT St. Albert. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
