About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2304925 Alberta Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Evaluate the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
