About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ellerslie Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing processes to support these services.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and implementing procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Plan and Direct Daily Operations

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Permanent Full-Time Position

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours of work per week.

English Language Required

Fluency in English is required for this role, as it is the primary language used in our restaurant.
