About Ricky's All Day Grill

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
    • Implement inventory management systems to track stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
    • Conduct regular health and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
    • Monitor sales trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  • Community Involvement
    • Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local customers and promote the restaurant.
    • Partner with local organizations to support community events and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
