Health Services Director Winnipeg

At Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, we're seeking a results-driven Health Services Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care. With a passion for innovative healthcare, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing inter-disciplinary teams to provide safe, effective, and efficient health services. This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and lead health services staff to adopt integrated care pathways and service delivery models.
As a seasoned leader, you'll bring 3-5 years of leadership experience in patient/resident/client care settings, including 5 years of related direct clinical services delivery across various clinical areas. Your expertise in managing teams, prioritizing work, and dealing with interruptions will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you'll possess a strong understanding of relevant professional regulatory requirements, legislated acts, and collective agreements.
We're looking for someone who is an active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body and has a post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline. Your ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds will be crucial in our diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will be able to work safely in a typical computerized office environment, lift and carry items of up to 10 kg, and prioritize work, deal with interruptions, and re-prioritize as required. Travel to other healthcare facilities within the SDO may be required, and a valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's license and access to a personal motor vehicle are essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
