Clinical Registered Nurse

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments, provide education to patients and families, and facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Experience in post-anesthesia care and surgical nursing.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Endoscopy, Cystoscopy, Minor Locals, and ECT.
- Certification in Conscious Sedation.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
