Job Summary:The Director Clinical Operations will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies that align with the WRHA's mission and vision. This role will oversee the management of clinical services, including operational planning, quality improvement, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to clinical operations teams, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical services.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans that align with the WRHA's strategic goals and objectives.
- Quality Improvement: Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
