IT Support Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to join their team. This role is primarily based on-site in Downtown Vancouver, but providing remote and occasionally on-site support to satellite offices in Squamish. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience providing high volume tier 2 support in a windows 365 environment and be comfortable with walk-up's to resolve urgent tier 1 tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and set up new users, as well as takedown exiting users
- Respond to tickets using the Nexus system, leveraging HQ in Asia for more complicated tickets, and provide walk-up support for on-site staff
- Oversee procurement and manage incoming and outgoing inventory
- Assist with projects as needed by HQ in Asia
- Occasionally visit Squamish site to direct external vendors and assist with other IT related projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience providing high volume tier 2 support in a windows 365 environment
- Comfortable with walk-up's to resolve urgent tier 1 tickets
- In-depth knowledge of networking, VOIP, Windows 10, and supporting mobile devices, and CCTV's
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a valid BC drivers license
- Willing to travel to multiple locations to provide support
