Community Rehabilitation Specialist

At Aspire Richmond Support Society, we are seeking a skilled Community Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our reintegration program, you will play a vital role in helping offenders successfully reintegrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities- Assess offenders' prospects for successful reintegration into the community
- Plan rehabilitation programs with offenders, establishing rules of conduct, goals and objectives
- Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
- Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Dental plan and health care plan provided
- Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
