Community Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Community Rehabilitation Specialist at Aspire Richmond Support Society, you will play a vital role in facilitating successful reintegration of offenders into the community.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing offenders' prospects for reintegration and developing rehabilitation programs tailored to their unique needs.
You will work closely with clients to identify and develop their relevant skill strengths and areas for development, while maintaining accurate program statistics for evaluation purposes.
Additionally, you will provide support to clients with special needs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of community rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
